Here at Simply Boudoir, our ethos is that your body should be loved and accepted, just as it is. We’ve been honoured to be able to work with hundreds of women, helping them to reconnect with their bodies and banish self hate through boudoir photography. Even before the Simply Boudoir experience itself, we pride ourselves on promoting self love amongst our clients, from our ethos to useful body confidence resources in our Client Portal. One of the things we love to encourage as part of the self love journey is affirmations, so we decided to share some of our favourites to boost body acceptance.
